The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the informant had deposited Rs.1,35,901/- in Swarna India Multi State Cooperative Society Limited at Bettiah, Supriya Cinema Road Branch and after maturity of deposit scheme, company gave him three cheques amounting to Rs.1,35,901 but when the informant went deposit the three cheques in the bank, the aforesaid three cheques dishonored due to insufficient funds.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56464 of 2021(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner had resigned from the company in question much prior to the institution of this case. He further submits that the petitioner was merely an employ of the company and has no concern with the main business of this company and petitioner is a lady.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
