In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 05 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 436 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the petitioner on 11.02.2017 set on fire the house of the Informant and fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per First Information Report, the incident has taken place on 11.2.2017 but, the F.I.R. was lodged by the Informant after four days of the occurrence and, that too, without disclosing which portion of the house has been burn to ash.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25661 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 case, let the petitioner, namely, Harendra Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Naresh Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 05 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
