2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Lakhanour P.S Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303 (2) of BNS.

3. As per First Information Report, motorcycle of the informant was stolen by unknown person.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioners are not named in FIR. It is next submitted that petitioners are poor working men and have been deliberately framed by the police. It is also submitted that

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that several theft motorcycles and parts of motorcycles were recovered from the Garage of one Raja and petitioners are also present on the said place, from where they were arrested. Investigation is already concluded and chargesheet submitted accordingly. No independent witness have supported the prosecution case as submitted by the learned counsel.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st , Jhanjharpur in connection with Lakhanour P.S Case No. 08 of 2025, subject to condition that petitioners shall present physically each and every date fixed by the trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
