The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piparasi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A), 37(C), 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that from the seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners rather the same has not been prepared at the place of occurrence. No.26262 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise-cumAdditional District and Sessions Judge-VIth, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Piparasi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
