The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hussainganj M.H. Nagar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case only on suspicion. On perusal of postmortem report, it appears that the cause of death was found asphyxia due to drowning, shock and hemorrhage (Annexure-2).
Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.26166 of 2017 (3) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Hussainganj M.H. Nagar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
