In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per First Information Report, the petitioner had started his journey from Nepal through U.P., when just crossed the Pipra Kothi over bridge, his truck was intercepted and he was overpowered and an allegation has been made that the accused persons have kidnapped the Informant but, the case diary shows otherwise.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory
