The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020 registered under Sections 56 (1) and 56 (2) of Bihar Illegal Mining Act and Section 15 of Environment Protection Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 41139 of 2020 on 24.07.2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1016 of 2021(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. - I, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
