The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is also alleged to be indulged in brick-batting and firing in a violence between two groups.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case at the instance of co-accused persons, who were arrested on spot. As per F.I.R. itself, there is no specific allegation of firing against this petitioner. Some of the other similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46203 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
