2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 371 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 130(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased was killed in the night. During investigation it has come that the murder was planned by one Ranveer Kumar and the petitioner is a liner in the murder. At the time of murder, Ranveer Kumar was staying in his sasural and he was informed about the murder. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025.

4. Considering the fact the petitioner has actively participated in the killing of the killing and the fact that the
