2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the BISCOMAUN, after service of copy on learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is taken on record.
3. The stand taken by the respondents is that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the decision of a Special Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. vs. State of Bihar reported as 2014 (1) PLJR 695.
4. The Court finds the objection raised by the respondents to be valid.
