2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of a revolver (firearm) from the pant of the petitioner and as per the police party, the alleged firearm was recovered in an unloaded condition, so, that was not for any use and further, the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 23.04.2025 and the investigation has been completed against him and the material witnesses of the prosecution, who are to be examined in the trial of the petitioner, are police

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the relevant materials. Though as per the allegation, the revolver (firearm) was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner, however, considering his fair and clean antecedent and mainly completion of investigation against him and also the fact that in the trial of the petitioner, the material witnesses of the prosecution, who are to be examined, are official persons and further, the petitioner is said to be 23 year old person, in my opinion, in the said circumstances, the petitioner deserves to the privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025.
