JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 29.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25 of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972.

From the possession of the petitioner, one idol of Lord Bhudha was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner bonafidely purchased the same idol from someone. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in
