Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1268 C of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 469 of IPC. It appears that for the offences in question two cases were registered. The present case is complaint case and another case is Morkahi P.S. Case No.55 of 2015. The allegation of complainant is that this petitioner allegedly purchased land from a fictitious lady without paying consideration money. It has been submitted that this petitioner has been allowed bail in Morkahi P.S. Case No.55 of 2015 vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32927 of 2018(5) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 dated 03.11.2015 passed by one of the coordinate bench of this court. Another accused Md. Sohail who allegedly committed fraud has been allowed bail in Cr.Misc.No.32136 of 2017. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as civil dispute between the parties, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No.1268 C of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
