The petitioner is in custody in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018 for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45(vii) of the Prisoners Act, 1894.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been remanded in this case on 28.11.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial
