In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 366(A) & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made that the petitioner along with another co-accused, namely, Jitendra Kumar has kidnapped the minor girl, who is the sister of Complainant, for marriage. The name of the petitioner has come from very beginning of the Investigation. The petitioner and Jitendra Kumar are Peon and Driver of the same school where the victim girl was studying. Looking to the seriousness of allegation as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
