2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 356, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons had borrowed Rs. 63,500/- from informant and when informant demanded his money, all the accused persons and some unknown persons attacked him and snatched two gold rings and chain. It is further alleged that this petitioner along with others assaulted informant with butt of pistol and fired bullet on informant which hit the wall.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that F.I.R.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50887 of 2024(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 has been lodged after inordinate delay of 8 days and there is no explanation for the same. Allegation of assault against the petitioner is general and omnibus and injuries sustained are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the parties have already entered into compromise and do not want to proceed further. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the backdrop of the case and the fact that matter has already been compromised between the parties, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 275 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
