JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016, registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 3 has been settled amicably out side the court and they are leading their conjugal life.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25052 of 2017 (3) dt.07-09-2017 submits that opposite party no. 3 has no objection to allow the bail of the petitioner.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
