Petitioner seeks bail in Phulparas P.S. Case No.164 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 400.875 ML foreign liquor has been recovered from joint house of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is a lady. She has no concern with the aforesaid liquor. She is in custody since 19.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42338 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.164 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
