2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(1)/115(2)/117(2)/ 109(1)/352/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per F.I.R., all the accused persons armed with iron-rod, pistol and khanti came at the house of the informant and started abusing and when the informant came out of his house, they assaulted the informant. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron-rod on his head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge cum A.C.J.M. Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 22/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
