Apprehending their arrest in Jamui P.S. Case No. 335 of 2016 registered under section 307 IPC, petitioners have filed the present application for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is stated that both the parties are agnates. There is case and counter case. The injuries sustained by the injured(s) are not serious. On going though the FIR, it appears that there is specific allegation of assault attributed to petitioner nos.1 to 3. At least two injured(s) received injures on the vital part. There is, however, no specific allegation against petitioner no.4.

Prayer for bail made on behalf of petitioner nos.1 to 3 is rejected. They should surrender and prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24954 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Let petitioner no.4, Buniya Devi, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Jamui in Jamui P.S.
