The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chiksoura P.S. Case No.30 of 2020 for offences under Sections 413, 412 and 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners before starting his argument has informed this Court that petitioner no.1 is an accused in one more case bearing Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 50 of 2011 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no legal evidence against the petitioners of having involved in the present crime.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1675 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chiksoura P.S. Case No.30 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
