1. This modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 11.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89173/2024 wherein regular bail of the petitioner was allowed with certain conditions to release the petitioner.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel that due to typographical error the Sessions Trial No. was written in the bail application as "ST No. 109/2023", however, the same should have been "ST No. 29/2025".
3. Learned counsel further submits that the submission of the bail bond to the satisfaction of the learned court below was referred to "Ms. Priyanka Kumari, J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria" who ought to have been the "Additional
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48193 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 District Judge IInd, Khagaria".
4. Learned APP for the State has not opposed the modification application.
5. In view of the reasons stated in modification petition, let the "Session trial No. 109/2023" in paragraph '2' and the submission of the bail bond to the satisfaction of learned "Ms. Priyanka Kumari, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria" in paragraph '6' of the order dated 11.04.2025 be read as "Session Trial No. 29/2025" and "Additional District Judge IInd, Khagaria".
