The petitioner seeks bail in Andharamath P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 75 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing
