Patna High Court MJC No.1479 of 2022(4) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 dated 12.04.2022 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1912 of 2015, the Secretary, Transport Department, Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 12.08.2023, which has been brought on record, by way of supplementary show cause, filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 5 and 6.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 12.08.2023. Liberty so sought is granted.
