Petitioners are in custody in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 45 liters of Nepali wine was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 28. 5.2019.

No.44340 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 981 of 2019.
