JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 against the final order dated 7.6.2019 passed in Encroachment Case No. 14 of 2018-19. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In order to enable the petitioner to file an appeal and obtain interim orders, if any, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained for a period of six weeks from today.
