JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maheshi P.S.Case No.23 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 354A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions that there is a case and counter case and the injuries sustained by the members of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26968 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 prosecution party were simple caused by hard and blunt substance, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
