====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2025 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey No.5, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ram Sumiran Rai, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 323 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 223, 406, 417, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is desirous to go for outside court settlement.

4. Learned district court is directed to send the matter before the learned mediator of the District Mediation Center after issuing notice to the informant, namely, Kumari Puja Pathak.

5. Till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.

6. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner, this order shall lose its force automatically.
