JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.62025 of 2018 and allegation is of causing death of daughter-in-law of the informant and taking away articles from the house. It further appears that during investigation name of petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of sisterin-law. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 5.5.2018 and other co-accused Savitri Devi has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 8.1.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.62020 of 2018 and charge has been framed in this case and there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44238 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
