The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 registered under Sections // of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18651 of 2017. Petitioners are man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.25517 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Viashali at Hajipur in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
