====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 505 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

Allegation has been made that three miscreants looted the motorcycle of the informant and caused head injury to the informant and thereafter fled away. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation as the motorcycle, which is said to have been used for committing the occurrence, has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 505 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the Court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence before the nearest Police Station by 7th of every month till six months. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
