The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that friend of the petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arms injury to the informant and so far as the petitioner is concerned there is no allegation of committing any overt act against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within
