JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gardanibagh P. S. Case No. 500 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 419, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner and other persons appeared for appointment as the Constable, but at the time of verification their thumb impressions does not tally with the original thumb impression.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that without holding any proper inquiry or sending the thumb impression for verification, the present case has been lodged. Considering the same several persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21660 of 2019, vide order dated 08.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21958 of 2019 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60117 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 vide order dated 01.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 19971 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-XIV-cum- A.C.J.M. Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P. S. Case No. 500 of 2018 8, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition to co-operate in the investigation as well as if any inquiry conducted by the authority concerned.
