ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 448, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the nature of allegation of the Petitioner and his criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant him bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 pending before Sri A.K. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka, The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial for which reason, In the meanwhile, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32071 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the Trial.
