This application is for restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70601 of 2021 which was dismissed for default for non compliance of the order dated 06.06.2022 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been prosecuting this case in a bonafide manner but inadvertently not complied the order dated 06.06.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous is allowed. The Criminal Miscellaneous No.70601 of 2021 is restored to its original file and accepted the delayed compliance of the order dated 06.06.2022.
