2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 335 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 326, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent he is in custody since 26.05.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 335 of 2022.
