JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 registered under Sections-341,323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are agnates of the informant and it is admitted case of the prosecution that a dispute arose between the parties in a Panchayati, which was called for on the point of dispute of the parties. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injury. The informant of the present case sustained two injuries but both the injuries were found simple in nature.

No.32106 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners namedabove, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
