ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has already filed his objections before the Certificate Officer and the Certificate Officer may be directed to pass necessary orders duly taking into account the objections filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the respondent No. 5 to pass final orders duly taking into account the objections filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 5 to pass final orders under Section 10 of the Act duly taking into consideration the objections filed by the petitioner. On such objections being filed, the Respondent No. 5 shall pass necessary orders under Section 10 of the Act.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the authority concerned shall given an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. Till the passing of the final order by the Certificate Officer, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
