This is an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for bail by order dated 22.05.2019 passed in connection with Hajipur Town Police Station Case No.220 of 2017 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali, registered under Sections 376,498(A),506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The trial is at the verge of conclusion, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail for the reason that allegation is against two person to have ravished to the informant. Prayer is refused.

Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed.
