2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.03.2023.

4. As per prosecution case, eleven persons are said to have assaulted the deceased with various weapons.

5. The petitioner is not assailant of the deceased.

6. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
