Petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Muffasil (Mahadewa) P.S. Case No.09 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 413 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is alleged that illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle and one Sitesh Kumar was arrested. It is further alleged that total 233.280 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the vehicle. Sitesh Kumar took name of this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43631 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 accused, Sitesh Kumar, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 27.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12032 of 2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadewa) P.S. Case No.09 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
