This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Lauriya P.S. Case No.326 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no material to connect the petitioners with the alleged crime of committing murder the deceased. He also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 21.03.2022. On the confession of the petitioners, bricks were recovered and this is the circumstance which connects the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46585 of 2022(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 petitioners with the crime of committing murder of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 326 of 2021.
