The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 36 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 406, 34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was agent of Real Vision International Ltd. Allegation as per complaint petition is that one Guru Prakash Gupta deposited Rs.1,00,000/- through this petitioner in Real Vision International Ltd. as agent of the Real Vision International Ltd. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court below has granted anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48768 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 bail to similarly circumstanced accused Ravi Bhushan and Mubarak Hussain Ansari on consideration that they were only agent of the company.
Considering the aforesaid fact that the Court below has granted anticipatory bail to similarly circumstanced accused who were working as an agent of the Real Vision International Ltd, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one moth from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned S.D.J.M., Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 36 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
