The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that, only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioners have been made accused in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.247 of 2021(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S.
