In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Raghunathpur P. S. Case No. 200/2012 registered for offences under sections 3o4 (B), 201/34 of Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the petitioner had moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48781/2013 in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.Case No. 200/2012 and this Court vide order dated 10.12.2013 rejected the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

The petitioner being the husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
