2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 10.01.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna in Special Case No.10 of 2024 arising out of S.V.U. P.S. Case No.03 of 2024.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the Special
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47504 of 2025(2) dt.15-12-2025 2/2 Vigilance Unit has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
