The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Sarmina Devi suspected that petitioner, Sunil Ram @ Sunita Ram, kidnapped her daughter for the purpose of marriage. The informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence. Chandni Kumari made her statement and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34339 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 disclosed that Raju Ram and Mohan Ram took her to road and kidnapped her in a Bolero. Petitioner, Sunil Ram @ Sunita Ram was also there. The victim further stated that nobody committed any illegal acts with her.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2014, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J. II, Barh in connection with S.Tr. Case No. 670 of 2014 read with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014.
