2. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., both these petitioners assaulted the informant by means of tengari and iron rod. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Case and counter case. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioners are in custody since 22.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the nature of allegation, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P. S. Case No. 58 of 2024.
