ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial in view of the serious nature of the offence for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this
