Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 registered under Sections- 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same allegation informant lodged two cases. In Aurai P.S. Case No. 256 of 2014 petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.09.2015 (Annexure-2) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16488 of 2015. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2017(Anexure-4) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8044 of 2017.

No.25449 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
